This workshop is aimed at enhancing your mental and emotional wellbeing.  It utilizes creative processes (such as writing, marking making and immersive experiences) to create change.  It is aimed at creating a tremendous shift – from being hesitant, stuck or confused to knowing exactly what you want in your life and being proactive and self motivated.
